The Travel Terms and Conditions of the Dutch Association of Travel Organizations govern any and all holidays offered by Mysteryland Travel on this website, in addition to Mysteryland Travels supplemental terms and conditions governing the booking of trips online. Due care
Mysteryland Travel makes every possible effort to ensure that the information contained on this website is reliable and up to date. It is nonetheless possible that the information offered contains errors and/or is incomplete. Under no circumstances can Mysteryland Travel be held liable for obvious mistakes and typographical and entry errors.
Qualifications
Mysteryland Travel reserves the right to change the prices and packages without the visitors permission and to make changes to the website if the situation so requires. All flight and travel information is subject to change in the interim.
Published travel sums
Article 2, subsection 2: Mysteryland Travels offer is without engagement and Mysteryland Travel may revoke it if necessary. Mysteryland Travel must revoke an offer as quickly as possible and in any event within eight office hours after acceptance, stating its reason for doing so. Revocation in order to correct errors in the calculation of the total travel costs is permitted; revocation in order to increase the total travel costs must be in compliance with the requirements contained in Article 4 of the Travel Terms and Conditions of the Dutch Association of Travel Organizations.

Mysteryland Travel is not liable for any misunderstanding, mutilation, delay or failure to properly transfer data and messages as a result of the use of the Internet or any other means of communication in the transactions between the visitor and Mysteryland Travel (or between MysterylandTravel and third parties engaged by the visitor), unless and only insofar as there has been an intentional act or omission or gross negligence on the part of Mysteryland Travel.
Mysteryland Travels books and records constitute full evidence of the existence, the content and the performance of the agreement with the primary booker in the event of any legal proceedings, unless the party that claims that the evidence is unreliable provides evidence to the contrary.
Qualification system
Mysteryland Travel applies it own qualification system. The number of stars indicates what you can expect of the quality of a particular accommodation. In this context the facilities of the accommodation and the layout of the rooms and apartments have been taken into consideration, in addition to the atmosphere of the complex and the comments that Mysteryland Travels guests have given. It is possible that Mysteryland Travel will give a particular accommodation a different qualification than the local, official qualification.
Publication
The photographs shown on Mysteryland Travels site are made available by the providers of the accommodation, the local tourist information offices and a number of (professional) photographers. The photographs of the accommodation are intended only to offer an idea. Because not every apartment or hotel room is the same, it is possible that the accommodation received on location will be different than the photograph. Under no circumstances can Mysteryland Travel be held liable for obvious printing errors. Mysteryland Travel reserves the right to change prices and packages without the client�s permission if the situation so requires. Any errors in an advertisement or any other publication will be corrected on Mysteryland Travel�s website, so that you can always find the most up-to-date and correct information.
